To keep this plant looking its best, we recommend that you select a site with bright, filtered light. Avoid an area that gets direct sunlight all day. A good tip is to also avoid overwatering your ficus. When watering, always feel the surface of the soil with your finger tip. If it feels dry to the touch one inch below the surface, it is time to water. If the soil still feels moist, wait to water it for a day or two. And as always, be sure to have a saucer or tray for the water to drain to avoid overwatering.
