A Halloween Trick

A fun recipe for quick and easy Halloween makeup from your friends at Campus Craft:

4 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp water
2 tsp cold cream
Wilton Icing Colors

Mix cornstarch, water and cold cream together and then divide into bowls or cups. Add the Wilton Icing Colors (available at CCF) of your choice. These colors will wash off easily and leave the skin clean.

    Plus you can EAT the colors. But I guess not the cold cream.
